How Outstanding Compliance handles the information you send us through the demo suite.
What we collect
When you submit a configuration enquiry we collect the name and contact details you provide, the clinic or business name, optional information about your clinic and staff, and the subscription and modules you selected.
Why we collect it
Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss your requirements, onboarding and next steps. It is not used to make automated decisions about you.
Marketing
We will not add you to any marketing list unless you tick the optional consent box on the enquiry form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored securely and can only be read by authorised Outstanding Compliance staff. No payment details are collected through this demo.

To ask about your enquiry, request a copy of the information you sent, or ask us to delete it, email info@outstandingcompliance.co.uk quoting your enquiry reference.
